Palatial Digs in a Singular Locale
The hotel is in two pieces. The marble palace houses 14 opulent suites (from $3,000/night, with a private butler), while the newer hotel tower, dating from the 1990s, has more reasonable rooms and suites, each with a balcony. Gazing at the historic Bosporus is a big part of the appeal, in addition to having a sultan’s palace, royal gardens, and a seaside promenade at your fingertips. Best season for value: winter.
